WHAT IS  KETTLEBELL CLASS?

This half hour class works with kettlebells to help you improve your fitness and physique. They combine strength training, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, and flexibility.  As a result, you can get a killer workout, with great results, in a short amount of time.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A KETTLEBELL CLASS?

You will spend 30 minutes using different weighted kettlebells to burn calories and build strength. Your instructor will demonstrate the movements and make sure you have the right kettlebell for your fitness level and needs.
