WHAT IS XPRESS BOOTCAMP?

XPRESS Circuit is ideal for you if you want to fit a workout in your schedule, but you don’t have a lot of time. It offers the intensity of a total-body workout in a short 30-minute session. XPRESS Circuit doesn’t spend much time breaking down and explaining the exercises and movements. This is a no-nonsense, circuit-style class. It’s fast and fun for people at all fitness levels.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN AN XPRESS BOOTCAMP CLASS?

The XPRESS Circuit combines a strength and cardiovascular workout that takes you through a series of eight stations three times – with just a little rest after each station. Stations can include kettle bells, body weight drills, plyometrics, free weights, medicine ball exercises, or whatever your instructor feels like throwing into the mix.

IT SOUNDS INTENSE.

The good news is that XPRESS Circuit can help anyone improve their fitness level. We recommend that you take advantage of Final Round XPRESS Circuit workout sessions two or three times a week. Even better news – your workout will be led by an experienced coach who can help you get optimum results.

Of course, the intense cardio workout will help you improve your endurance, coordination, and agility. You’ll also be surprised at the muscle tone you gain and the weight and inches you lose. Not only will you look better, you’ll feel better and have more energy too.
