WHAT STYLE OF YOGA DO YOU TEACH?

At Final Round, we teach several different styles of yoga, with the intent to compliment your workout routine. Your class may be a Hatha style, Restorative, or Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Every instructor brings something unique and special to their yoga class and you will learn from them all, while feeling invigorated and refreshed.

WHAT’S YOGA GOOD FOR?

No matter what your age, strength, or fitness level, you’re sure to be surprised by the benefits you experience after your first few yoga classes. In addition to a more flexible body, you’ll also bun fat and build strength. Most important, because Yoga encourages a balance of the physical and spiritual, you’ll find that you have more mental focus, less stress, and a greater sense of calm and peace. And who wouldn’t want that?

WHAT’S A YOGA CLASS LIKE?

You’ll need to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. A water bottle is also recommended. Each Yoga class at Final Round lasts an hour, during which your instructor will lead you through a series of postures, breathing exercises, and meditations. And, even though your class may include up to 30 people, you’ll receive patient, helpful assistance from your expert instructor.
